1. Dimensional Weight Calculation & Weight Requirements
Dimensional weight calculation formula: Length × Width × Height / 5000 (unit: cm for length, width, height). For multi-piece shipments, each individual package must weigh no less than 6KG.
2. Prohibited & Restricted Items
To ensure smooth customs clearance and transportation, we do not accept the following items:
Power banks and pure batteries
Counterfeit goods
All products containing liquids or powders
Any items with electrical components
Liquids, powders, drugs, weapons, tobacco, and other products prohibited from export by the state
Important Reminder: Do not ship prohibited items secretly. If prohibited items are detected by airport security, a inspection fee of RMB 5000 per shipment will be charged. If detected in our warehouse, a fee of RMB 200 per shipment will be charged. In such cases, the freight will not be refunded, and no disputes will be accepted.
3. Shipping Documentation Requirements
Proper documentation is crucial for smooth shipping. Please strictly follow the following requirements:
Delivery List: Clearly mark "SUP16" on the delivery list; otherwise, the shipment will be settled at UPS's published price.
Commercial Invoice: Must provide detailed product name, material, purpose, HS code, shipper's company name, place of origin, and shipper's address. Two copies of the invoice are required. If the requirements are not met, it will be deemed as authorization for our company to handle it on your behalf. The shipper's company shall bear all consequences if there are any problems with the goods.
4. Customs Declaration Services & Fees
We provide flexible customs declaration services to meet your different needs. The specific fees and requirements are as follows:
Buyer's Customs Declaration: Required when the declared value ≥ 5000 RMB (700 USD) or the actual weight ≥ 100 KG. Fee: +150 RMB per shipment. Original customs declaration materials are required, and dual customs declaration (declaration amount inconsistent with invoice) is accepted.
Separate Customs Declaration: Fee: 150 RMB per shipment. Dual customs declaration (declaration amount inconsistent with invoice) is accepted.
5. Packaging Requirements
For goods packed in wooden cases, air cases, or wooden frames, the following packaging standards must be met to ensure safe transportation:

UPS Additional Fees (Fuel Surcharge Applicable)
The following additional fees are subject to the current month's fuel surcharge unless otherwise specified. Please note the relevant regulations to avoid unexpected costs:
1. Address Correction Surcharge
RMB 100 per piece (fuel surcharge applicable), with a maximum charge of RMB 291 per shipment (fuel surcharge applicable).
2. Remote Area Surcharge
Waived! Enjoy cost savings for shipments to remote areas in Korea.
3. Irregular/Oversized/Overweight Surcharge
A surcharge of RMB 125 × fuel per piece will be added for irregular or overweight/overlong shipments that meet any of the following conditions:
Irregularly shaped goods
Goods not packed in cartons
Longest side ≥ 120CM
Second longest side ≥ 76CM
Single piece actual weight ≥ 25KG or average actual weight of multi-piece shipment ≥ 25KG
Large Package Surcharge: If the sum of the length and circumference [(2 × width) + (2 × height)] of a package is ≥ 290CM but not more than UPS's maximum size of 390CM, the package will be regarded as a "large package". The minimum chargeable weight for large packages is 40KG, and an additional fee of RMB 517 × fuel per piece will be charged.
Note: If a package exceeds any of the limits for the surcharge in Item 3 and the large package surcharge, both service fees will be charged simultaneously, i.e., (125 + 517) × fuel per piece.
UPS will refuse to accept shipments that exceed any of the following conditions. If the shipment has been transferred, a fee of RMB 2723 per piece × fuel will be added, which shall be borne by the shipper, and no disputes will be accepted:
The longest side (length) of any package exceeds 270CM;
The sum of the three dimensions of any package (i.e., (width + height) × 2 + length) exceeds 390CM;
The weight of any package exceeds 70KG.
4. Undeliverable Shipment Return Fee
If the goods are rejected by the consignee or fail to be delivered for other reasons, UPS will try to contact the shipper for further instructions. If the shipper requests to return the goods, the shipper shall pay UPS an undelivered return surcharge of RMB 78.
5. Consignee Refusal of Customs Duties Fee
If the consignee refuses to pay customs duties, the payment will be automatically changed to the shipper, and a handling fee of RMB 150 per shipment will be charged.
6. Residential Delivery Surcharge
Waived! Reduce costs for shipments delivered to residential addresses in Korea.
7. Weekend Delivery Fee (Saturday)
If the consignee has special requirements for UPS to arrange delivery on Saturday, a handling fee of RMB 100 per shipment will be added (plus the current month's fuel surcharge). UPS weekend delivery fee is valid for a long time.
8. Bill Validity Period
Customs duty bills are valid for a long time. For other additional fee bills, all bills that can be provided to the agent within half a year are valid and will be settled at the exchange rate published by our company.
9. Prohibited Items Surcharge
RMB 2334 × fuel per piece. UPS will charge this fee for each shipment handed over to UPS that violates or does not comply with applicable laws and regulations, or does not comply with UPS service or contractual service terms and conditions (including but not limited to prohibited shipments or shipments that UPS does not accept or carry without exception, such as dangerous goods and hazardous chemicals). This fee shall be borne by the shipper, and in addition to all other fees that may be incurred by UPS due to violation or non-compliance, the shipper shall also bear corresponding responsibilities.
Important Note: Fees such as remote area bills, foreign return bills, residential delivery fees, and address correction fees will be charged to the shipper by default if the consignee fails to pay or refuses to pay customs duties, or if there are address changes (consignee changes and incorrect addresses), etc. No disputes will be accepted.
Other Important Terms
1. Third-Party Payment
An additional fee of RMB 150 per shipment will be charged for the destination import customs duties and taxes paid by a third party. The handling fee for third-party payment of customs duties is RMB 150 per shipment.
2. Duty Prepayment Service
Handling fee: RMB 150. For shipments to the United States, the handling fee can be waived first; if customs duties are incurred later, the handling fee will be collected together with the customs duty amount. For shipments to other countries, the handling fee of RMB 150 must be collected in advance. The customs duty amount shall be subject to the official bill.
3. Return Fee for Processed Shipments
A handling fee of RMB 50 per shipment will be charged for returning shipments that have been processed and billed.
4. Shipment Rejection & Return Responsibility
If the goods are rejected by the consignee or fail to be delivered for other reasons, and UPS returns the goods to the place of shipment, all costs incurred shall be borne by the shipper's company.
5. UPS Claim Regulations
According to UPS's claim regulations, UPS will only compensate for the loss of the entire shipment during transportation. No compensation will be given for other situations (delay, wet goods, missing goods, and damaged goods). The maximum compensation for lost shipments shall not exceed 100 USD. It is recommended that customers with high-value goods purchase insurance by themselves. All customers are requested to be informed and explain this situation to their customers in advance. Thank you! Accepting this price for shipment means agreeing to this clause by default.
6. General Terms
Once the customer delivers the goods, it is deemed that they have carefully read and agreed to the above terms by default, and there are no disputes. The final interpretation right belongs to our company.
