• Duty Prepayment: Handling fee of RMB 150 per shipment. For the US, the handling fee may be waived initially; if duties are incurred later, the fee will be collected together with the duty amount. For other countries, the handling fee must be collected in advance. Duty amount is subject to official bills.

• Consignee Refusal of Duty Payment: The payer will be automatically changed to the shipper, plus a handling fee of RMB 150 per shipment.
