Core Service Specifications for China to Marshall Islands Shipments

1. Shipment Acceptance Criteria

  • Large Cargo Requirement: Minimum acceptance standard—actual weight ≥23kg OR dimensional weight ≥25kg.

  • Single-Piece Weight Restriction for Specific Countries: The following countries have a strict single-piece actual weight limit of 32kg for this channel; shipments exceeding this limit cannot be processed: Zambia, Guyana, Morocco, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, Senegal, Mongolia, Mauritius, Georgia, Ghana, Bolivia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Fiji, Côte d'Ivoire, Rwanda, Liberia, Zimbabwe. Note: This restriction does not apply to the Marshall Islands.

  • Prohibited Items: We do not accept batteries or battery-containing goods, counterfeit products, liquids, powders, food, medicine, flammable/explosive materials, antiques, currencies, or any items prohibited by Chinese export regulations or international air carriers.

2. Pickup & Cut-Off Time

Shenzhen Cut-Off Time: 12:00 noon (local time). Cargo picked up on the same day can be transshipped with the original invoice—please clearly mark "original invoice" on both the packing list and waybill. The invoice must include the English product name, material, and purpose.
Goods with declared counterfeit origins are accepted, but the counterfeit origin must be explicitly stated in the packing list or invoice. Failure to declare will result in the cargo being treated as undeclared, with an inspection fee of 200 RMB per shipment.
Import Processing Fee: For shipments to the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam, an import processing fee of 18 RMB per shipment applies, and this fee is included in the initial quotation.

3. Invoice Requirements & Original Invoice Shipment

  • This channel defaults to using a replacement invoice for export. If you need to ship with the original invoice, please note this on the packing list and inform our customer service team after the cargo is warehoused.

  • Original Invoice Sender Guidelines: Hong Kong FedEx does not accept private individuals, or companies/addresses from Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan as senders. A complete sender company name and detailed physical address are mandatory.
