2. Pickup & Cut-Off Time

Shenzhen Cut-Off Time: 12:00 noon. Cargo picked up on the same day can be transferred with the original invoice (the packing list and waybill must state the original invoice). The invoice must include English product name, material, and purpose.
We accept goods with counterfeit origin; however, the counterfeit origin must be declared in the packing list/invoice. If not declared, the goods will be treated as smuggled goods, and an inspection fee of 200 RMB per shipment will be charged.

3. Invoice Requirements & Shipment with Original Invoice

  • This channel defaults to exporting with a replacement invoice, and can also export with the original invoice. If you need to export with the original invoice, please note it in the packing list and notify our customer service after warehousing.

  • Requirements for the original invoice sender information: Hong Kong FedEx does not accept private individuals, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan company names/addresses as senders. At the same time, the complete sender company name and detailed sender address are required.

Important Notice on Additional Fees & Latest Shipping Regulations

Important Notice from FedEx: Effective immediately, customs for shipments exported to Nigeria and Jordan will charge a VAT surcharge on freight (Nigeria VAT on Freight) at 7.5% of all freight charges. For shipments to Jordan, a 16% VAT surcharge on freight will be incurred. Customs in the Dominican Republic will charge a user fee of 0.25 USD/KG. The above fees must be collected before shipment. Deposit Requirements for Certain Countries: Shipments to Brazil, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia require a deposit. 2. Overweight/Packaging/Over-Length Surcharges

  • Overweight/Packaging Surcharge: 195 RMB per piece * U. Applicable if: ① The actual weight of a single piece of the package ≥25kg; ② The goods are in non-cartoon packaging or irregular packaging.

  • Over-Length Surcharge: 195 RMB per piece * U, and the minimum chargeable weight of a single piece is calculated as 18kg. Applicable if any of the following conditions is met: ① The single side of the package ≥120cm; ② The second longest side of the package ≥76cm; ③ The girth of the package ≥266cm. If a single shipment meets all three conditions, only one surcharge is collected, no overlapping charges.

  • Unconventional Package Surcharge (Valid for IP/IE, invalid for IEF/IPF): 2,100 RMB per piece * U. Applicable if the package exceeds any of the following size or weight limits: ① The longest single side ≥274cm; ② The girth (sum of the shortest two sides * 2 + the longest side) ≥419cm; ③ The actual weight of a single piece ≥68kg. Note: This surcharge and the additional procedure surcharge are collected in combination.

  • Oversized Shipment Surcharge: Applicable to shipments containing packages with the longest single side ≥243cm or the sum of the longest single side length and the perimeter of the other two sides ≥330cm (sum of the two short sides * 2 + the long side). 516 RMB per piece + fuel surcharge. This surcharge is collected in combination with overweight/packaging/over-length surcharges. If the shipment meets the overweight/packaging/over-length conditions at the same time, only (195 + 516) * U is collected.

Key Note on Surcharge Collection: If both conditions ① and ② (overweight/packaging and over-length) are met, no overlapping charges are collected. If conditions ①, ②, ③, and ④ are all met, conditions ① and ② are not charged in combination, while conditions ③ and ④ are charged in combination.

3. Remote Area Surcharge

The above prices do not include the remote area delivery surcharge that may be additionally collected by the carrier agent. The charging standards are divided into three levels (A, B, C):

  • Level A Remote: 23 RMB per shipment, plus fuel surcharge.

  • Level B Remote: 168 RMB per shipment or 3.5 RMB per kg, whichever is higher, plus fuel surcharge.

  • Level C Remote: 218 RMB per shipment or 4.6 RMB per kg, whichever is higher, plus fuel surcharge.

The specific charge amount is subject to our company's bill and is valid for a long time.

4. Other Important Fee Notes

The quotation does not include fuel surcharges, invoice taxes, customs duties incurred during cargo transshipment, inspection fees, storage fees, and all fees for return due to the inability to provide information required by customs at the destination. If fees are incurred due to the inability to clear customs at the destination or the consignee's refusal to pay tariffs, the shipper shall bear all such fees in full.

5. Dimensional Weight Calculation Formula

Dimensional weight = Length (cm) * Width (cm) * Height (cm) / 5000.
For single-piece cargo with weight ≥68KG, longest side ≥274CM, or girth ≥330CM (sum of the two short sides * 2 + the long side), it needs to be shipped through the oversized IEF/IPF channel. The minimum chargeable weight for a single piece starts from 69kg. Please inquire for the price separately.

Packaging Requirements

We accept wooden cases, wooden frames, or air boxes. For cargo with weight ≥67kg, it is necessary to add feet with a height of no less than 9cm. For cargo with weight <67kg, no feet are required.
Note: Dry ice is not accepted for shipment.

Compensation Policy

If the cargo is partially or completely lost, compensation will be made according to the declared value, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed 100 USD per shipment, and the freight will not be compensated. No compensation will be made for cargo delay or damage. For valuable goods, please purchase commercial insurance by yourself. We appreciate your understanding.

Liability Clause

Cargo with under-declaration, counterfeit goods, prohibited items, and inaccurate invoice information will be automatically returned by the carrier agent and included in the blacklist. The shipper shall bear all consequences and fees (including inspection fees) arising therefrom.
Once the customer hands over the cargo to our company for shipment, it is deemed to agree to pay the surcharges formulated by our company. For other unspecified surcharges, the charging standards shall be subject to the FedEx official website.
