Storage & Equipment: The port offers over 70,000 square meters of container storage area, along with reach stackers and terminal tractors to facilitate quick container movement, which is crucial for timely delivery of goods to northern Algerian cities such as Bejaia, Tizi Ouzou, and Setif.
Free Detention/Storage Period: Generally, there is a 7–11 days free detention period (for container use outside the port) and 5–7 days free storage period (within the port) for imported containers, providing sufficient time for customs clearance and onward transportation.
