Important Notices on Global Shipping Fees & Deposits
In accordance with the latest notice from FedEx, the following additional fees and deposit requirements apply to shipments to specific countries. Please note these details to avoid any delays or extra costs:
Nigeria & Jordan VAT on Freight: Customs in Nigeria and Jordan will impose a VAT surcharge on all shipping fees. Nigeria charges 7.5%, while Jordan charges 16%. These fees must be collected before shipment.
Dominican Republic: Customs will charge a user fee of 0.25 USD per kg. This fee is also collected before shipment.
Brazil, Qatar, Saudi Arabia: Shipments to these countries require a deposit. The deposit amount ranges from 1,000 RMB to 10,000 RMB, depending on the quantity of goods per shipment. Documents do not require a deposit. For specific deposit amounts, please contact our sales or financial department.
Weight Restriction for Specific Countries
For the following countries, the maximum actual weight per piece of cargo via this channel is 32kg. Shipments exceeding this limit cannot be processed or shipped: Zambia, Guyana, Morocco, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, Senegal, Mongolia, Mauritius, Georgia, Ghana, Bolivia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Fiji, Côte d'Ivoire, Rwanda, Liberia, Zimbabwe.
Shipping Requirements & Key Deadlines
Shenzhen Cut-off Time & Pick-up Service
The cut-off time for shipments in Shenzhen is 12:00 noon, with same-day pick-up available. We support both original invoice transit and replacement invoice export. For original invoice transit, the packing list and waybill must clearly state "original invoice", and the invoice must include English product name, material, and purpose.
Special Cargo Declaration
We accept goods with counterfeit origins, but such goods must be declared in the packing list/invoice. If not declared, the cargo will be treated as "smuggled goods", and an inspection fee of 200 RMB per shipment will be charged.
Additional Fees for Specific Regions
For shipments to the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam, an import processing fee of 18 RMB per shipment will be added, which will be reflected in the quotation.
Packaging Requirements
We accept goods packed in wooden cases, wooden frames, or air freight boxes. Specific requirements for pallets are as follows:
Cargo with a weight of ≥ 67kg requires pallets with feet, and the height of the feet must be at least 9cm.
Cargo with a weight of < 67kg does not require pallets with feet.
Detailed Additional Fees
The following additional fees cannot be supported by the original FedEx bill; please check by yourself. The "U" in the fee standard refers to the fuel surcharge coefficient, which is subject to the latest notice.

If a single shipment meets all three conditions above, only one surcharge will be collected, and no overlapping charges will be applied.
3. Unconventional Parcel Surcharge (Valid for IP/IE, invalid for IEF/IPF)
2,100 RMB per piece * U will be charged if the parcel exceeds any of the following size or weight limits:
The longest single side is ≥ 274cm.
The girth (2*(sum of the two shortest sides) + the longest side) is ≥ 419cm.
The actual weight of a single piece is ≥ 68kg.
Note: The unconventional parcel surcharge and additional procedure surcharge need to be collected in combination.
4. Oversized Shipment Surcharge
This surcharge applies to shipments where the longest single side of the parcel is ≥ 243cm, or the sum of the longest single side length and the perimeter of the other two sides is ≥ 330cm (2*(sum of the two shortest sides) + the longest side). A fee of 516 RMB per piece plus fuel surcharge will be charged.
This surcharge is collected in combination with overweight/packaging/overlength surcharges. If the shipment meets the conditions of overweight/packaging/overlength at the same time, only (195 + 516) RMB * U will be charged per piece.
Surcharge Collection Rules
If both conditions 1 and 2 are met, no overlapping charges will be applied.
If conditions 1, 2, 3, and 4 are all met, conditions 1 and 2 will not be charged in combination, while conditions 3 and 4 will be charged in combination.
Other Service Terms & Fees
Invoice Requirements for Shipment
This channel defaults to replacement invoice for export, and original invoice export is also supported. If original invoice export is required, please note it in the packing list and notify our customer service after warehousing. Requirements for the original invoice sender information:
Hong Kong FedEx does not accept private individuals, or companies/addresses from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan as senders. A complete sender company name and detailed sender address are required.
Duty Prepayment
Duty prepayment is available with a handling fee of 150 RMB. For the United States, the handling fee can be waived first; if duties are incurred later, the handling fee will be collected together with the duty amount. For other countries, the handling fee of 150 RMB must be collected in advance. The duty amount is subject to the official bill.
Address Change Fee
A handling fee of 83 RMB per shipment will be charged. The specific address change shipping fee is subject to the official bill. If the recipient changes the delivery address, the fee will be borne by the sender. This fee is valid for a long term.
Remote Area Surcharge
The above quotation does not include the remote area delivery surcharge that may be additionally collected by the carrier agent. The charging standard is 4.6 RMB per kg of the parcel, with a minimum charge of 218 RMB, and a fuel surcharge must be added. (Remote fees for some countries are divided into Class A, B, and C):
Class A remote fee: 23 RMB per shipment, plus fuel surcharge.
Class B remote fee: 168 RMB per shipment or 3.5 RMB per kg, whichever is higher, plus fuel surcharge.
Class C remote fee: 218 RMB per shipment or 4.6 RMB per kg, whichever is higher, plus fuel surcharge.
The specific charge amount is subject to our company's bill; valid for a long term.
Residential Delivery Surcharge
For services delivering shipments to residential addresses and commercial office addresses (residential addresses include private residences and non-public office spaces), a fee of 30 RMB per shipment plus fuel surcharge will be charged.
Quotation Exclusions
The quotation does not include fuel surcharge, invoice tax, customs duties incurred during cargo transit, inspection fees, storage fees, and all fees for return due to failure to provide information required by customs at the destination. If the destination cannot clear customs or the recipient refuses to pay duties, all resulting fees will be borne by the sender.
Prohibited Items
We do not accept batteries or goods containing batteries; counterfeit products, liquids, powders, food, medicines, flammable and explosive items, antiques, currencies, and other items prohibited from export by the state and forbidden by airlines.
Customs Declaration Services
Separate Customs Declaration: 150 RMB per shipment will be added. This channel accepts "yin-yang declaration" (inconsistent invoice amount and customs declaration amount).
Customs Declaration with Document Purchase: 150 RMB per shipment will be added. Customs declaration with document purchase is required if any of the following conditions is met:
Single shipment declaration exceeds 700 USD or 5,000 RMB.
The total actual weight of multiple pieces in one shipment exceeds 90kg.
The actual weight of a single piece in one shipment exceeds 50kg.
Note: If a single piece in multiple pieces of one shipment exceeds 50kg, customs declaration with document purchase is not required. This channel accepts "yin-yang declaration" (inconsistent invoice amount and customs declaration amount).
Volumetric Weight Calculation & Oversized Cargo Requirements
Volumetric weight calculation formula: Volumetric weight = Length (cm) * Width (cm) * Height (cm) / 5000.
For single-piece cargo with weight ≥ 68kg, longest side ≥ 274cm, or girth ≥ 330cm (2*(sum of the two shortest sides) + the longest side), the oversized cargo IEF/IPF channel is required, with a minimum chargeable weight of 69kg per piece. For pricing, please inquire separately.
Compensation Policy
If the cargo is partially or completely lost, compensation will be made according to the declared value, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed 100 USD per shipment, and the shipping fee will not be compensated. No compensation will be made for delayed or damaged cargo. For valuable items, please purchase commercial insurance by yourself. We appreciate your understanding.
Responsibility for Non-Compliant Cargo
Cargo with under-declaration, counterfeit brands, prohibited items, or inaccurate invoice information will be automatically returned by the carrier agent and included in the blacklist. The shipper shall bear all consequences and fees (including inspection fees) arising therefrom.
Third-Party Related Fees
If a third party pays the duties, a 2.5% handling fee will be added to the total shipping fee.
Third-party consignee surcharge: 99 RMB per shipment will be added.
Designated Customs Broker Surcharge
The charging standard is 96 RMB per shipment or 10.7 RMB per kg, whichever is higher. A fuel surcharge must be added.
Saturday Delivery Surcharge
The charging standard is 116 RMB per shipment, plus fuel surcharge.
Non-Stackable Cargo Surcharge
The charging standard is 1,750 RMB per piece * fuel surcharge.
Non-Stackable Cargo Surcharge for IPF/IEF Oversized & Overweight Cargo
The charging standard is 1,600 RMB per shipment.
Dangerous Goods Surcharge for Restricted Loading Positions
1,071 RMB per shipment or 18.9 RMB per kg, whichever is higher.
Dangerous Goods Surcharge for Unrestricted Loading Positions
663 RMB per shipment or 9.3 RMB per kg, whichever is higher.
Special Note
Dry ice is not accepted. In addition to the fees specified in this price list, various additional fees may be charged for your shipment. Once the shipper hands over the cargo to our company for carriage, it is deemed to agree to pay the additional fees formulated by our company. Other unspecified additional fees are subject to the charging standards on the FedEx official website.
